1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MotifStudio you agree to these Terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
3. Credits and billing
- Credits are consumed when you generate patterns, lookbooks, or videos.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
- Refunds for failed generations are issued automatically as credit.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your prompts and the assets you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no infringement of third-party rights, no attempts to reverse-engineer the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
